We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within seven days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalised or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalised nature of the items.
All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered or blemished items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to error.
Claims for damages must be made within three days of receipt.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange:
1. Contact via contact form and request a Return or Exchange for your order number.
2. Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials and original invoice to us and retain any tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
